We are Anja, Ralf and the little Spanish terrier mix Pablo. Our adventure began in the summer of 2022 with the desire to organize pet-friendly travel more safely and comfortably for and with our dog Pablo. Traveling with him in standard travel bags turned out to be time-consuming, cost-intensive and stressful – perhaps this sounds familiar to you.
Frustrated by the standardized travel bags on the market for medium sized dogs and the different specifications of the airlines, we started our mission to create a more comfortable solution for our and other dogs and humans.
We understand the challenges of traveling with animals and, after intensive research, we want to sell a product that is not only robust and easy to handle, but also complies with the prescribed dimensions and safety standards of various airlines and can be used flexibly.
Our mission is clear
Annitaño doesn’t just offer products for people and animals when traveling, it’s about a general passion for overall well-being! After at least 12 flights with Pablo and intensive community discussions, we would like to share our experiences with you. We want you and your furry companion to enjoy your travels to the full. With Annitaño you can travel relaxed, knowing that your pet is not only traveling in style, but also safely and comfortably. We have been committed to animal welfare ever since we got Pablo. Thanks to him and Annitaño, we can now also provide dog travel bags for traveled dogs and cats. As we still have a close connection to the water through our former diving school and are fighting against the littering of the oceans, we support various projects to free the oceans from plastic.
