Refund and Return Policy

Policy

Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Items that are not eligible for return are gift cards. To complete your return, we require proof of purchase or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • item that is not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not attributable to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

 

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original means of payment, within a certain number of days.

 

Delayed or missing refunds

If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and have not yet received your refund, please contact us at info@annitano.de .

 

Items on sale

Only regular priced items can be refunded. Items on sale cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges

We will only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange the item, please email us at info@annitano.de and send your item to: Annitaño UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Alter Wall 32, 20457 Hamburg, Germany.

 

Gifts

If the item was labelled as a gift when it was purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be sent to you. If the item was not labelled as a gift when it was purchased, or if the gift giver sent the order to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified of your return.

 

Returns

To return your product, please send your product to: Annitaño UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Alter Wall 32, 20457 Hamburg, Germany. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. In the event of a refund, the cost of the return will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, it may take different lengths of time for the exchanged product to reach you. If you are returning more expensive items, you may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance for shipping. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

How long does it take until I receive my refund?

What do I need to do to initiate a return?

To initiate a return, please send an email to info@annitano.de stating your name, order number and the reason for the return. We will then provide you with further return instructions.
