Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Non-returnable items include gift cards. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

As soon as your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also let you know about the approval or rejection of your refund. If the refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds.
If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when it was purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item has been received, a gift voucher will be sent to you. If the item was not marked as a gift when it was purchased, or if the gift giver sent the order to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified of your return.
Return shipment
To return your product, please send an email to info@annitano.de and we will contact you. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. In the event of a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, it may take different lengths of time for the exchanged product to reach you. If you are returning more expensive items, you may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance for shipping. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
